When I came back to the hotel late after a long day, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the dining room was still open, and I could enjoy a delicious meal and dessert despite the late hour. It was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure in the heart of the city, and the warm ambiance made it even more delightful.

Room cleanliness needs improvement.

Great location with easy access to public transport. The room was well-equipped, had a great shower, and a lovely view at night. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Although a bit noisy at times, it did not disrupt my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this upscale hotel for 4 days, had excellent experience, loved its unbeatable location very close to trams and buses. The breakfast was extensive & parking was onsite. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Ochota district.

Loved my really comfortable stay at the hotel. I was met by polite and welcoming staff at the lobby. I had an elegant room with a coffee machine and big TV screen on the wall, for instance and everything was perfect. There was plenty of food for breakfast, everything was great...

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, in the heart of the city with good but not perfect public transport and just across the train station where the airport train stops. The service was excellent with good service by very polite staff. Amenities were plentiful including in-room safe and a dining table. Paid films were available on the flat-screen tv. We were particularly impressed with the leisure spa & wellness centre which had a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services.

Experienced event staff arrange everything! From ballroom to photographer, they've got it covered. The restaurant offers tasty Polish cuisine with a gourmet twist, and the dining room is warm and welcoming. Great facilities worldwide for successful meetings.

Receptionists must have learned "customer orientation" in another language. I was given a downgraded, cramped room with constantly interrupted baths.

The location is peaceful, near corporate parks and the convention center. The staff at Meetings & Events were helpful in every detail, from catering choices to room selection.

I missed having a dedicated on-site business center for my work needs.
